2Life Communities provide resident-focused, experience-rich housing for low-income seniors.

They use Salesforce extensively, for everything from resident services to asset tracking, event management, sales, and fundraising.

2Life uses Framework to ease the burden on end users who must track complex resident details in Salesforce. They have used Framework to streamline apartment turnover and the handoffs between resident services, their compliance team, and their maintenance teams.

2Life also uses RollCall for event management. They have a Skyvia-enabled data warehouse in Azure that is easing reporting across many different systems.

The Midas Collaborative works in partnership with area CDCs to aid in matched savings and other initiatives that support building financial stability for low-income residents.

Midas is building a community portal using Experience Cloud and is exploring data transfer from its financial institutions to deliver real-time information to participants across a number of partner agencies.

Midas exemplifies the type of collaborative, cross-organization infrastructure project that we love to support. Easing or eliminating duplicate data entry between partner agencies or funders and grantees is an important part of Deep Why’s work and we are proud to partner with Midas on this initaitive.

ABCDC leads initiatives that create or support affordable housing in their metro Boston community. They use Salesforce to manage their course registrations for their popular Homebuying 101 program, deliver content and follow-up materials, track graduates, and manage homebuying counseling and resident services. Their Salesforce system is optimized for their daily use and is connected to their HUD-approved CRM for easy required reporting.
