Even though Salesforce is a digital tool, sometimes you just need to print or create PDFs. This course is suitable for admins and non-admins.
Taught twice per year.
Registration is per ORGANIZATION - add 1 to your cart, have as many employees as you like attend.

What to expect from this course
Each course is 90 minutes, online, taught by an experienced Salesforce consultant who has hands-on experience managing Salesforce for nonprofits across many organizations

Anyone who uses Salesforce is welcome to attend. A basic familiarity with Salesforce for donor management (using the NPSP) and the ability to run a donations report from Salesforce is required to follow along with the example.
You must have access to recent copies of Microsoft Word and Excel. Our examples will not work with Google, Open Office or any other office suite, sorry.
This is a very hands-on course. You will be using real data to create mail merge templates on your computer
Ideally you will come into this course with real data you need to merge and can work with during the course while getting support. We will provide an example of a common use cases for everything we cover.
