Heather has a passion for using technology as a tool to elevate underserved populations and believes access to information is critical in improving quality of life and outcomes. Heather is excited to assist non-profits in implementing systems and processing to facilitate stronger data and fewer clicks.
She has a background in nonprofit operations, grant writing, event planning, training, and financial and job skill coaching. For 15 years she worked at nonprofits focused on fighting homelessness, providing a solid footing for New Americans, teaching basic financial education, and program compliance.
Heather most recently served as a Salesforce Admin at a non-profit focused on preserving affordable housing and empowering residents. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the impact technology has in successful organizations, and she is excited to utilize her varied skill set to support the important work of Deep Why’s clients through technology solutions and enhancements.
